My name is Cecil O Almonte. I am a web developer and graphic designer. I am currently serving at the United States Coast Guard, so I don't have as much time as I had before to develop new stuff or work as a freelancer. Is not that I can't, but I have to accept that I can't be reliable because I have to go out to the sea for months at a time. I wouldn't like to be you if your website crashes and your web developer (me) is unreachable...
